Healing the Inner Child (Imagine Me)

This week's Wellness Journey Work

Healing the Inner Child (Imagine Me)

Healing my inner child means seeing myself through love, not pain. Imagine Me by Alexis Spight reminds me to let go of shame, fear, and rejection. I am no longer who hurt me—I am who God sees. Whole. Free. Worthy. Today, I choose healing over history. I choose me.
