Canned Beets & Green Smoothie Recipe

Simple • Nutritious • Delicious

Turn ordinary canned beets into a vibrant smoothie packed with nutrients and natural energy!

Ingredients

1/2 cup canned beets (drained)

1 cup spinach or kale

1 green apple, sliced

1 banana

1 cup water, coconut water, or almond milk

1/2 cup ice

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions

Drain the canned beets.

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
