One minute you are okay the next minute you are not
The goal is to put a circle of people and a set of steps that you take when in crisis to calm yourself down.
Do not focus on perfection focus on progress .
Sometimes taking a step back is progress because it means you have learned self-control.
Sometimes sitting down instead of standing is progress because it means you have learned when to rest. Everyone's steps and circles will be different.
