Romans 12:12
"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
Be joyful in hope
Start each day by writing down three things you're hopeful for. Use short term goals to help you reach your long term goals.
Patient in affliction
Practice mindfulness or deep breathing during stressful moments. Patience grows when we slow down and stay present, even in difficult times.
Quiet Reflection
Set aside 5–10 minutes daily for quiet reflection, meditation, or prayer. This strengthens your inner peace and helps you stay grounded.
As we live out this verse, we can reflect Christ’s light to the world, showing that even in the midst of challenges, we have a hope that cannot be shaken.
Closing Questions
What step can you take today to live out Romans 12:12 more fully? Will you renew your hope, practice patience, or deepen your prayer life?

Amen
